How do I purchase online?

Step 1: Create an account to key your contact details like delivery address etc.
Step 2: Select your desired Awfully Chocolate product.
Step 3: Any wordings, candles and notes for your order?
Step 4: Choose delivery option.
Step 5: Choose your desired delivery date and timing
Step 6: Make payment by Paypal (Visa or Mastercard)
Step 7: Receive confirmation by email from us.

What is the processing lead time for online orders?

Please allow us up to 1 working day to process your online orders after payment clearance. If your order is urgent, we suggest you make a direct purchase from our stores instead.

Can I order online and pay for it at the store or to your delivery staff?

All items purchased online must be paid online before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery and store staff are unable to accept any payments. If you would like to make payment at our retail stores, please make a direct purchase at the stores.

Are all items on your online store available in your outlets?

Most products online are available in our retail stores, unless they are online exclusives, which would be indicated in the item description. If it an important occasion, we advise customers to call the individual store to check availability of their product of choice before heading down.

Alternatively customer may wish to order the items online in advance. Let us know where you would like to pick it up, and we will have the items transferred to the appropriate outlet for your convenience. Can I customize a cake?

Some cakes can be customised into larger sizes and shapes. Kindly email cakes@awfullychocolate.com with your request to find out more. Most customisations take at least 3 working days’ advance notice, depending on the complexity of the customisation.

What are the delivery options available?

We deliver islandwide daily.

Do you accept international orders for delivery to Singaporean address?

Yes we do. Customers outside Singapore may choose to make payment via credit card or paypal.Please see the Delivery section in the Terms & Conditions under Customer Services. 

Can delivery charges be waived for a minimum order?

Yes, delivery orders are waived with a minimum spend of $120 and above.

What is the time range I am able to choose for Delivery (Delivery Option)?

Our deliveries are scheduled between 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm daily.  If you would like your delivery to be made within a specified one-hour time slot e.g. 2-3pm, there is an Island-Wide Specific Hour Delivery service available for $30.  For deliveries outside the scheduled hours above, there is also a Special Hour Delivery available for $50

How do I know if my order placed online is confirmed?

For all orders placed online, whether for self-collection or delivery, an order confirmation email with an attached invoice showing an order reference number will be sent to you. This means that your order has been confirmed. Our customer service representative will be in touch with you within 2 working days upon receiving your order should we require any clarifications to your order.
